When a deputy pulled over a driver near the New Boston Walmart for impeding traffic, they sniffed out something else – a strong odor of marijuana.
The driver admitted to smoking marijuana the previous day and presented their medical marijuana card to the deputy. Officers discovered several containers of weed from the New Boston marijuana dispensary.

Officers said the driver didn’t appear intoxicated, but they warned him that he should not have medical marijuana containers with broken seals in his vehicle. Officers warned him for having a low-pressure tire that was slowing down the vehicle.
