Gina Collinsworth, Republican candidate for State Representative in the 90th Ohio House District, announced support for her conservative credentials from Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana), Republican State Senator Terry Johnson (R-McDermott), and Rep. Adam Bird (R New Richmond). The 90th District includes all of Scioto and Adams Counties and portions of Brown County.
Congressman Jim Jordan offered the following statement:
“Gina Collinsworth’s proven track record of standing up for our constitutional rights and advocating for our conservative principles sets her apart as a true conservative leader. We need strong conservatives like Gina Collinsworth fighting for us!”
Senator Terry Johnson previously served as the state representative for this district and has been serving as our state senator since 2019. Senator Johnson is a retired physician, medical educator, and retired military officer, and has a proven, powerful record as a champion for southern Ohio. He continues to be a trusted voice in the Ohio General Assembly for the values of working-class families and our faith community. He sets the bar for what a conservative leader needs to be.
Senator Terry Johnson praised Gina’s leadership with the following statement:
“I know Gina personally. She is a good Christian who wants in her deepest heart to do good things for the citizens of the 90th District, for Ohio, and America. Representative Bird was first elected to the Ohio House in 2020, representing the western portion of Brown County and a portion of Clermont County. He previously served as an educator, principal, and school superintendent.
Rep. Adam Bird offered the following statement supporting Gina Collinsworth:
“In a political landscape that demands integrity and conviction, Gina Collinsworth stands out as a beacon of principled leadership, working vigorously to advance the causes that resonate with the people of Southern Ohio. This is the latest in a series of endorsements for Gina Collinsworth. She has also been endorsed by the Brown County Republican Party, the Scioto County Republican Club, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Ohio Value Voters, Sheet Metal Workers Local 33, Americans for Prosperity Ohio, and many local elected officials and community leaders. She has also earned the highest possible rating from the Buckeye Firearms Association.
