Christopher Stiltner, 38, and Rachel Waddell, 36, are facing murder charges in connection with the death of a child.
Kentucky State troopers say the 5-year-old victim’s body was found last June on Oak Street in Wurtland. While they did not go into details about the crime, they said enough evidence was gathered for a Greenup County Grand Jury to indict them.
