PPD officers took a woman into custody for OVI and child endangering after callers reported someone passed out at the wheel of an SUV in the 600 block of Washington Street just before 3 am.
Police arrested Allison King for OVI and endangering children and booked her into the Scioto County Jail. Officers arranged to have the vehicle towed, and a responsible adult responded to the scene to take custody of the child.
