Patricia Carol Mosley, 75, of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, June 4, 2023, at SOMC Hospice. She was born November 24, 1947 in Portsmouth to the late Willie and Bertha Skaggs.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jackie Orville Mosley whom she married on December 25, 1972, and 4 brothers: Phillip, Robert, Gary and Mike Skaggs.
Patricia is survived by 2 sons: Jody (Michelle) Mosley and Patrick (Ashley) Mosley, 2 daughters Jackie (Eric) Bell and Jennifer Mosley, 10 grandchildren: Jeffrey Mosley, Jack Bell, Max Bell, Reece Bell, Brody Bell, Caleb Mosley, Macy Mosley, Makalya Murphy, Hunter Murphy, and Blake Murphy, 2 brothers: Larry Skaggs and Daryle Skaggs and a sister Judy Allen.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Bryan Davis officiating and interment in Mershon Cemetery.
