Pat was a faithful member of Charity FWB Church. She loved her church and church family very much. She never missed a service for years until she was unable to attend. Pat watched the online services faithfully, and was usually the first one to say, “I’m here” and would request her favorite hymn. Pat will be greatly missed by her church family.
Those who knew her remember her frequent phone calls, her kind spirit and giving heart. Pat was a dear friend and neighbor who found joy in being an adopted family member by those who celebrated every holiday and special occasion with her. Pat’s unwavering love and genuine heart will not be forgotten. It was an honor and a privilege to deliver meals, make birthday cakes for, and celebrate unity with such an admirable woman. Her presence and her friendship will be greatly missed by her family, friends, church members, and neighbors who loved her as their own.
Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Monday, June 5, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor George Vastine officiating. Burial will be at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, Indiana. Friends may call at the funeral home 11:00 a.m. to Noon prior to the service.
