Patsy Jane Cook, 84, of South Webster, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Oak Hill on October 16, 1941, she was the daughter of Max and Mary Ann (Woods) Keller.
Patsy devoted her life to her family as a proud homemaker. She was known for her love of bingo nights, her joy in hunting for treasures at yard sales—and hosting plenty of her own—earning her the affectionate title of the family’s “Yard Sale Queen.” She also loved cooking for special occasions and holidays, creating meals that brought everyone together. Above all, Patsy’s world revolved around her family, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
She was married for 64 years to the love of her life, the late Jesse Cook, Jr. Patsy is survived by her sons Jim Cook, Ronnie Cook, and Danny (Tonaya) Cook, all of South Webster; daughters Theresa (Wayne) Risner of Minford and Denise (Douglas) Gregory of South Webster; and her sister Helen Hicks of Wheelersburg. She was a proud grandmother to 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her sons Lonnie and Carl Cook, along with other beloved family members.
Patsy will be remembered for her kindness, her humor, her remarkable resilience, and the love she poured into her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Funeral Service will be Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12 NOON, D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster. Visitation will be from 11:00AM- 12 NOON at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment to follow at South Webster Cemetery, with Jesse Cook officiating.
