Paul Edward Carver, 74, of Lucasville, died Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at SOMC Hospice. He was born June 28, 1948, in Portsmouth to the late Ernest and Analue (Fishburn) Carver.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Moore) Carver, brothers; Dick Carver, Bob Carver, and infant brother, Tommy Carver, and a sister, Faye Carver. Paul is the owner of Carver Heating and Air, which was established in 1984.
Surviving Paul are a son, Steven Carver (Kelly), a daughter, Deborah Martin (Steve), both of Lucasville, brothers; Bill Carver (Cindy), of Bellefontaine, Ernest “Junior” Carver (Molly), of West Portsmouth, sister, Patty Brunger, of Kentucky, brother-in-law, David Moore (Nancy), of Lucasville, sisters-in-law; Pat Carver, of West Portsmouth, Robyn Carver, of South Shore, Bonnie Wolfe (Bill), of Lucasville. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Joshua King (Alli), and Allison King (Nathan), four great grandchildren; Addison, Tyleigh, Braelynn, and Elliana, along with three others that were just like granddaughters; Keri, Kayla, and Kenzie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 4th, 2022, at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Kenny Carver officiating. Visitation for friends and family will begin at 1:00 PM Sunday until time of service. Burial will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott.
