Peeping Pappaw? 83-year-old indicted for Voyeurism
The latest session of the Scioto County Grand Jury handed down a shocking indictment against an octogenarian. According to Scioto County Prosecutor Shane Tieman, James George, 83, was indicted on a charge of voyeurism. A search of Scioto County arrest records shows no previous arrests for George.
Other senior citizens in trouble included Jerry Risner, 66, of Lucasville, Ohio. The grand jury returned indictments against him for aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, and drug parpahernailia charges.
Risner’s most recent arrest was back in February when OSP took him into custody and charged him with assault, resisting arrest, obstructing offical business, and criminal mischief.
The grand jury also indicted Robert Born, 67, on charges of grand theft auto, and receiving stolen property.
