Police Find Confused Man Wandering in Park – Drop Him at Speedway
Just after 2 am, a Portsmouth Police officer was checking Tracy Park for homeless people and came across a man who seemed to be in distress.
The officers said the man appeared confused. The officer called medics, but they checked the man out and said he seemed okay to them.

He told the officer that he lived with a woman in Lucasville who was currently staying with her daughter in Portsmouth. However, when the officer took him to the address he provided, no one was there.
The man then asked for a ride to Speedway, and the officer dropped him off there.
