The Scioto County Grand Jury returned indictments on multiple sex crimes against 45-year-old George Porter.
Porter is charged with rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, importuning, and compelling prostitution.
SCDN broke the story of Porter’s arrest two months ago. This isn’t his first brush with the law. Portsmouth Police arrested him back in 2019 as a fugitive from justice from Kentucky, but he only spent a day in jail.

He was sent back to Kentucky, where he was convicted of criminal mischief in 2019. According to Kentucky Corrections records, Porter is currently on five years probation in Greenup County for criminal mischief.
