Drug-related calls were out of control on Wednesday. Portsmouth Police responded to an unending string of overdoses and drug complaints. Including one guy that wanted to report his buddy for spending the money he owed him on weed. They also came to the rescue of an innocent baby apparently left alone in an apartment with strangers using drugs. I’ve got highlights of the incredibly busy police logs.
