The only word that adequately sums up Thursday’s Portsmouth Police log is ‘weird.’ We’ve got a brazen fridge thief, stolen Mountain Dew, a man who won’t stay away from Speedway even if you put him in jail, people peeing in yards, and a real garbage person.  I’ve summed it up as best as I can in these 14 slides. If you’d like the full story with names, addresses, and more, consider becoming a VIP member of SCDN. Click here to learn how it works.

His first stop after getting out of jail was to show up at the Speedway. He said he forgot about being barred. Officers issued a summons to him just after 7:30 am.
