The only word that adequately sums up Thursday’s Portsmouth Police log is ‘weird.’ We’ve got a brazen fridge thief, stolen Mountain Dew, a man who won’t stay away from Speedway even if you put him in jail, people peeing in yards, and a real garbage person. I’ve summed it up as best as I can in these 14 slides. If you’d like the full story with names, addresses, and more, consider becoming a VIP member of SCDN. Click here to learn how it works.
