PPD Searches For Missing Teen
Portsmouth Police are searching for a teenager they say disappeared back in early November.
Officials say 17-year-old Gabriel Milar was last seen at the Scioto County Courthouse on November 7 when he had a meeting with his probation officer.
The boy, who is in the custody of Scioto County Children Services, ran away from the courthouse and hasn’t been seen since.

Police describe the teen as 5’10”, 210 lbs. with blonde hair and green eyes.
