A man with a long history of arrests found himself back behind bars after a report of people fighting in front of a home on 6th Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they took Randall Reed into custody for domestic violence.

This was at least his 14th trip to the Scioto County Jail.
Previous arrests include resisting arrest, obstructing official business, probation violation, multiple counts of domestic violence, contempt, vandalism, drug trafficking, drug possession, violating a protection order, passing bad checks, assault, stalking, and receiving stolen property.
