A woman contacted officers to report she’d captured animal cruelty toward her cat on her Ring Doorbell camera.
When officers responded to the home, she told them she’d hired a man to work on her landscaping and thought everything was fine. However, when she reviewed her home security footage she saw the man pick up one of her outdoor cats and squeeze it.

The man said, “This is how you kill a cat,” before throwing the animal up in the air. The cat hit a tree limb and then hit the ground.
She said the cat had been acting strangely since the incident, and she planned to take it to the vet. Lawrence County Deputies took information for a report.
