Our Dad was proud of his 25 years of service and serving as President of the union at Dayton Walther. He worked hard and strived to improve safety, salary, health and other benefits for the union membership.
Dad loved his family, his country, the flag, eagles, hunting and fishing, and most especially GOD.
His collection of taxidermy, deer/antlers, turkey, bass, bobcat and black squirrel to name a few, reflects on his love of hunting and fishing.
Dad spent his last few days reaching out to friends and family, taking the opportunity to say goodbye, and telling them he loved them. His daughters are extremely grateful he had this opportunity.
His daughters would like to thank family, friends, and the South Shore community, who have EVER helped their Dad. They also wish to thank the four nurses who took care of their Dad in his last days: Billie, Terry, Marcy, and Joinah. KDMC-6J Respiratory Floor.
