A runaway rehab patient caused some big problems for his sister after he took off from court-ordered treatment.
The woman called the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office just after midnight to report her brother had made a break from his court-mandated treatment in Pike County and was now at her house high. She called Pike County, but they told her to call the local sheriff.
When officers responded to the scene, the man fled through an open window. Police quickly caught up with the man, who had multiple open warrants. Police took Jeffery Marsh into custody for failure to appear.
