Sandra Sue Elliott, 72 of Minford passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at SOMC Hospice. She was born May 6, 1951, in Ragland, WV, the daughter of the late Earl and Gladys Varney Farmer. She was a Home Health Aide and was a loving mother, mamaw, and friend.
She is survived by one daughter, Lisa (Keith) Halbert; eight grandchildren, Tyler Jo (Kaylynn) Elliott, Michael Kade (Molly) McQuate, Colton Lee McQuate, Brysen Reese McQuate, Hayleigh (Bryson) Frye, Anna Marie Elliott, Isabella Elliott, LK Elliott; five great-grandchildren, Waylon Elliott, Ryker Elliott, Railee McQuate, Makena McQuate, Anthony Frye., and one step-granddaughter, Madalynn Halbert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Jo Elliott.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Kenny Estep officiating.
