Scioto County Grand Jury Issues 41 Public Indictments
Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the Scioto County Grand Jury met and returned 41 Public Indictments and 8 Secret Indictments.
An indictment is not a conviction. All parties presumed innocent until proven guilty.
