Sharon Elaine Kimbler, 75, of Portsmouth, passed away at her home. She was born in Portsmouth on November 3, 1950, to the late Charles and Emma Mae Clark Fulk, Sr.
A graduate of Oak Hill High School, Sharon married Johnny Eugene Kimbler in Eifort on December 22, 1972. The couple had been married for 31 years at the time of Johnny’s passing on October 25, 2004. They were blessed with three children, and Sharon relished her role as homemaker and mom on-the-go, taking all three children to their sporting events and serving as a Girl Scout Brownie leader. She also enjoyed reading and crocheting in her free time.
Surviving are her children, Robin Renee (Robert) Llewellyn of McArthur, Johnny Eugene (Stephanie) Kimbler II of Beaver, and Jason Aaron Kimbler, with whom she made her home; one brother, Wesley (Susan) Fulk of Jackson; four sisters, Dovie Burchett of Wheelersburg, Patricia Fulk of Oregon, Doris Harper of Ray, and Bonnie Faulk of Lucasville; three grandchildren, Kaleb (Hunter) Roush, Keersten (Logan Earley) Roush, and Joshua (Tabitha Blake) Corley; four great-grandchildren, Riley Roush, Holland Earley, Kasen Roush, and Bentley Hayes; and several nieces, nephews and their families.
Sharon was also preceded in death by five siblings, Ernest, Charles, Jr., Robert and Ronnie Fulk, and Fern Blevins.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Tim Updike, Minister, and Deacon Tim Crabtree officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
