Two men who attempted to chase down a guy they say was breaking into cars told police the man fired shots at them.
It all started just after 4 a.m. when the men said they spotted riding a bicycle attempting to break into cars near 7th and Campbell Street.
They followed the man on their scooters and confronted him in the alley behind Offnere Street. They say he pulled a gun and fired shots. The pair weren’t sure if he was aiming at them or shooting in the air.
