Colley Road (McDermott) neighbors called Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies after strangers blocked one man’s driveway with a broken-down pickup truck and left another truck in the neighbor’s yard.

When deputies responded to the scene, they discovered one vehicle was reported stolen but had been spray-painted black.
Ohio State Troopers took over the investigation and arranged to have both vehicles towed.
