Officers took a teen into custody after he allegedly got drunk and assaulted his girlfriend. Police met up with the girlfriend and took her back to the boy’s home to gather her belongings. Officers noted her things were scattered in the road, yard, and on the sidewalk.
The boyfriend was not home, but police spoke with his parents, who said he was on the way home.
An officer located the teen at Robinson and Offnere and took him into custody. They also notified his parents. Police released the boy to Juvenile Court.
