Servpro employees working at a West Portsmouth home on 8th Street called 911 to report a skinny, toothless man was threatening crew members and punching out windows in homes in the area.
Officers have been to the area many times in the past few weeks for reports of the man damaging property and accosting his neighbors.

Police caught up with the troubled man on 5th Street and took him into custody, but not without a fight.
Police booked Daniel Cantrell into the Scioto County Jail for aggravated menacing, inducing panic, willful or wanton operation, resisting arrest, and failure to appear.
