Officers and EMS responded to two reports of overdoses in the same Meadow Lane home within 10 minutes of each other just after 1 a.m.
The original call came in for a man who had overdosed. He’d come around but was still in need of medical attention.

While an officer was there, a woman also overdosed. She was revived after Narcan was administered.
Medics from the Portsmouth Fire Department treated both victims and both refused to go to the hospital.
