Vandals were busy in Portsmouth over the weekend. Around 11 am on Friday, a Waller Street man called police to report someone had egged his car as well as his grandmother’s during the night.
He said he was in the process of cleaning it off and thought he had an idea who did. However, he didn’t note any permanent damage to the car.
At 1 pm, a caller reported three masked juveniles on bikes hitting vehicles on Market Street. By the time officers arrived, the kids had taken off.
At 3 pm, witnesses reported a man with neck tattoos throwing stuff at cars at Buckley and Harding.
Saturday, just after 5:30 am, a Sterling Avenue caller reported someone broke the windows on his car and left the area.
