A wanted man made a pretty slow break for it but managed to get away. Just after 11 am, witnesses reported a man crossing the Grant Bridge, stumbling into traffic.

When officers caught up with him, they learned he had open warrants in Scioto County. However, the Scioto County Sheriff’s Department said they would not extradite him from the bridge.
South Shore Police also had open warrants for the guy. They didn’t mind picking him up on the bridge. They took him into custody and transported him to the Greenup County Jail.
