A woman who called the police when a wanted man attempted to kick in her door found herself behind bars as well.
It all started after 3rd Street neighbors reported a loud argument just before midnight. Callers said a man and woman were making a whole lot of noise.
Police checked around the area and detained two men, one of whom had an open warrant through the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
They also responded to a report that one of the men had tried to kick in a door on Campbell Avenue. Officers discovered that the woman who called the police had an open warrant through PPD and took her into custody.
Police impounded the vehicle that belonged to the man. Officers Arrested Chase Whitt for Burglary and Drug Paraphernalia and Crystal Rodgers for Failure to Appear.
