Portsmouth Police Arrested a woman for child endangerment and a man for criminal trespass after they were called to a PMHA apartment for a welfare check just after 5 pm.
A caller told police they suspected drug use in an apartment with children inside. When officers arrived at the home, they took two individuals into custody and conferenced with CPS workers.
They arrested Brian Louderback for criminal trespass and Amanda Renison on two counts of endangering children.

Louderback has at least 31 previous visits to the Scioto County Jail on charges including probation violation, drug trafficking, vandalism, drug possession, burglary, contempt, assault, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Renison’s previous arrests include forgery and attempted forgery.
