Officers and EMS responded to a 7th Street residence after a report of a domestic incident.
Police took Sierra Green, 23, into custody for domestic violence and felonious assault. Police also contacted CPS for a conference.
Green was booked into the Scioto County Jail for the 6th time. Back in June, she pleaded guilty to the board of health violations and was ordered to pay court costs, but those costs were suspended. Back in May, she pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a $125 fine that the court waived.
