A woman called 911 at 8:30 pm after she said a man forced his way into her Summit Street home.
She said he assaulted her, broke her phone, and then threatened her with a meat cleaver. The man fled the scene on a bicycle, and she described him as wearing a red hoodie with a bear on it.
