An upset sister contacted PPD just before 9 am to report that her brother was “out of his mind” and using illegal drugs in her home.
After the man left for work, she requested that officers stop by to speak with her. She said her brother and sister-in-law were constantly using cocaine inside her home, causing ongoing arguments.

She said the arguments aren’t physical, but they do get loud. However, since her brother is part-owner of the home, she cannot evict him.
Officers advised her to speak to an attorney for information on her next steps.
