A patient at a local rehab facility apparently decided to give up on getting clean and go her own way.
Just before 8 am, a local rehab contacted police to say an out-of-town patient had decided to leave the facility, but not before telling an employee she planned to use again and requesting some Narcan to take with her.

Employees requested a welfare check and gave officers a description of the woman. Police were unable to locate her.
