A woman called Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies to report that a man she had a protection order against was threatening her.
She said he told her that if he went to jail, either he or his father would shoot her. Deputies said they would send PPD officers to tell the man to stop contacting her. However, they noted she had an open warrant from another county.
Officers took her into custody on an open warrant for contempt of court and booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
