Wyatt Dean Moore, 7, a son of Breonna Phipps of Portsmouth, died Sunday, March 25, 2023 at Children’s Hospital in Columbus, as a result of an ATV accident in West Portsmouth. Born on November 9, 2015 in Portsmouth, he was a first-grade student at Sciotoville Elementary Academy.
Wyatt was full of energy and enjoyed playing Xbox, watching YouTube videos and playing outside with his brother. School was exciting for him, especially when he danced with the superintendent. In general, you could say, HE JUST ENJOYED LIFE.
Also surviving are a brother, Dracon Nolan at home; his grandmother, Rhonda Phipps of Portsmouth and his grandfather, John Bond of TN; two aunts, Jaylene Phipps of Portsmouth and Megan (Chris) Clay of Sciotoville; and five cousins.

Wyatt was also preceded in death by a sister, Willow Bryant.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5th, at the Sciotoville Community High School with Jesse Cook, minister, officiating.

The family will receive guests at the East High School from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
