An hour and a half later, a Post Office employee told police a troubled homeless woman, with whom they have almost daily contact and who frequently tries to set up housekeeping in the lobby of the building, was there again and refused to leave.
However, she was gone by the time officers arrived. The next day PNC bank contacted officers to report someone in the ATM lobby once again. It turned out to be the woman who frequently camps out at the Post Office. Police stood by while she collected her things.
