Adam Wilts Perkins, 44 of Blue Creek, died Thursday, March 17, 2021, at his home. He was born April 23, 1976, in Washington Courthouse to Hubert and Suzan Wise Perkins. Adam had previously worked at Mt. Hope Security and loved to hunt and fish. He is preceded in death by granddaughter Audrey Milstead.
Along with his parents, Adam is survived by his fiancé Misty Maynard, a daughter Shelby Leann Perkins, a stepdaughter, Kristin Milstead, a stepson, Johnathan Maynard, a brother, Jesse Perkins, and 4 grandchildren: Chelsea, Caden, Tori, and Landon Milstead.
