Another wanted parolee that the State of Ohio declared to be armed and dangerous is back behind bars for at least the 64th time.
Officers caught up with 50-year-old Johnny Shane Warner, who is on parole for drug possession and failure to appear and took him into custody for parole violation and drunk and disorderly conduct.
The state released Warner on parole back in July of this year. Warner’s never been able to stay out of jail for long. He’s been to the Scioto County Jail 64 times!
Charges include multiple parole violations, multiple disorderly conduct charges, tampering with evidence, possession of drugs, forgery, failure to appear, breaking and entering, safe cracking, theft, criminal trespass, criminal trespass, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated robbery, theft of drugs, contributing to delinquency, obstruction of official business, assault, inducing panic, felonious assault, aggravated assault, aggravated menacing, defrauding, robbery, menacing and… much, much, more. But you get the drift.
