Portsmouth Police busted a man for using weapons while intoxicated after a report of a domestic incident.
Just before 1 am, a woman called 9-1-1 to report her intoxicated husband was acting aggressively and causing a disturbance.
When officers arrived at the home, they discovered the man with a gun. Officers took him into custody and impounded the weapon.

Police also took the weapon to the range for a test fire. Police booked Richard Campbell into the Scioto County Jail on charges of using a weapon while intoxicated.
