Wanted a threesome, got a trip to jail instead!
A Dairy Queen parking lot turned into a scene of chaos and violence after a man allegedly choked, slammed, and beat his girlfriend during a drunken fallout over bringing another woman home.
Deputies were dispatched to the fast-food hotspot where the shaken victim reported her live-in boyfriend had gone full WWE, slamming her to the pavement, choking her, bending her phone in a rage, and even hitting her with her own vape. The reason? He allegedly wanted to spice up their night with another woman — and she was not on board.
The woman told deputies the altercation started after a boozy night at a friend’s house. When she refused his twisted suggestion, he became enraged. A friend dropped them at Dairy Queen, where the violence escalated. She was left with visible marks on her neck, a bruise on her leg, and even grass tangled in her hair from the assault.
Though she initially said she was too afraid to press charges, deputies weren’t having it. Based on the evidence and her injuries, they began tracking down the suspect.
Deputies C. Frame and C. Pennington headed to a residence where the suspect was reportedly hiding. His vehicle was parked out front — windows down, bottles of wine and liquor inside. Despite knocking, no one came to the door… at first.
A familiar face pulled into the driveway — the suspect’s sister. She claimed she was just looking for a lost dog but eventually admitted her brother was inside. When she got her mother on the phone, things got weirder: the mother asked if the cops were still outside before unlocking the door.
After some pressure, the suspect finally emerged — but not willingly. He refused to step out, claiming he was “in bed and not coming out.” Deputies entered and placed him under arrest for domestic violence and strangulation.
When asked why he assaulted his girlfriend, the man claimed ignorance, saying he didn’t even know where she was. But when he blurted out she was “still at Dairy Queen,” officers weren’t buying the act — and reminded him of his right to remain silent.
He was promptly hauled off to Lawrence County Jail, with his broken night of “fun” ending behind bars instead of in a hot fudge fantasy.
⚠️ DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ISN’T JUST A FIGHT — IT’S A CRIME
This disturbing scene is a stark reminder that domestic abuse can escalate quickly, even in public spaces. If you or someone you know is in a volatile relationship, reach out for help. Assault is never “just a fight” — it’s a crime.
No Blizzard is worth the bruises.
