Charles D. Baker, 80, of Minford passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at his residence. Born September 8, 1941, in Scioto County, a son of the late William “Brice” Baker and Goldie Mullins Baker-Blackburn, he was a former employee of Minford Feed & Supply and attended Stockdale Baptist church.
He is survived by one daughter, Charlene Baker; a son-in-law, Randolph Bartley; one sister, Hazel Marie Baker-Reid; half-sister, Juanita Blackburn-Fraulini; two stepdaughters, Donna Jean (Jerry) Burton, Charlotte Jane (Mose) Norman, and two grandsons, Bob (Angela) Ware and Peyton Alexander Norman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Thelmer Lee Baker and John D. Baker.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021, at White Cemetery in Minford with Pastor Rick Evans officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Online condolences may be sent to www.edafh.com.
