Cody Scott Kelley, 29 of Portsmouth passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at SOMC. He was born November 29, 1991, in Scioto County, a son of the late Jeffery “Scott” Kelley and Velda Anderson.
He is survived by one son, Bill Greene; one daughter, Laiken Kelley; one sister, Mary McDaniel; his grandfather, Homer Kelley, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Patrick Tabor.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020, at White Cemetery in Minford with Rusty Larter officiating. Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
