DEVELOPING – The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office arrested four men for soliciting this weekend.
Arrested were:
72-year-old Kline A. Hobstetter
49-year-old Robert Joshua Harris

55-year-old Ray Lee Vestal
60-year-old David Copas
Soliciting is a 3rd-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days in jail. The four were booked into the Scioto County Jail and held on $500 bond.
Two men were booked on Friday and two on Saturday. This is a developing story, and we hope to have more about the circumstances of the arrests when we receive the weekend logs from the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
