What began as a night of drinking turned into a chaotic scene of smashed doors, broken cameras, and terrified family members before deputies finally dragged a man out from under a neighbor’s bushes.
Deputies say Timothy Ryan White had been drinking heavily when his wife urged him to sleep it off in their camper. Instead, he grew angry and stormed off—only to return hours later in a violent rage. According to the report, he pounded on the door, growled at his wife, busted out a window, destroyed their Ring camera, and knocked down three porch pillars while his son dialed 911 in fear.
When deputies arrived, they found White hiding on the side of the house. He refused orders to cooperate, shouted obscenities, and bolted over a fence, yelling that he’d punch an officer in the face. After a short search involving multiple deputies, White was found lying under shrubs a few houses away.
The family wasn’t the only one shaken by White’s behavior. Investigators also linked him to a recent road rage incident where witnesses said a drunk driver in a white Chevy Cruze swerved dangerously, stopped abruptly, and tried to rip open another driver’s door—terrifying the man’s children before speeding off.
White was arrested on a laundry list of charges: two counts of domestic violence for threatening his wife and son, obstruction for fleeing and hiding, aggravated menacing for the road rage incident, and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail.
