Marsha Faye (Middleton) Gammon, 72
Marsha Faye (Middleton) Gammon, 72, died June 22, 2025, at Concord Health and Rehab Center in Wheelersburg. She was born on October 12, 1952, to the late Burl and Edith (Timberlake) Middleton. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Middleton, and a sister, Phyllis Boggs.
Marsha was a lifelong member of Bennet’s Chapel and, in recent years, attended Waits Baptist Church. She dedicated many years of service as a sales clerk at Big Lots in Portsmouth, where she was known for her friendly demeanor and strong work ethic. Marsha was a selfless and compassionate individual who found great joy in caring for others. Above all, she loved caring for her family and cherished her role as a mother and grandmother most of all.
She is survived by her children, Randy Gammon and Lisa Huff; a grandchild, Eli Huff; a sister, Mary Lou Fox; a sister-in-law, Bonnie Middleton; a brother-in-law, Russell Boggs; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Concord Nursing and Rehab Facility for the compassionate care shown to Marsha and for the kindness and support extended to the family during her time there.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, Leroy Fox and Brad Howerton officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral.
