Michael R. Ehrhart, 51, of South Webster, passed away Friday, February 24, 2023, at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born May 28, 1971, in Portsmouth.
He was a retired military heavy equipment operator, having served with the U. S. Air Force and the U. S. Army. He flew many combat missions during his military career.
Mike was a 1990 graduate of South Webster High School, enjoyed video games, collecting guns and military history.
Mike is survived by his father and stepmother, Michael and Sharon Ehrhart of South Webster; his wife Lora Ehrhart and son Jaret Ehrhart, “His Pride and Joy”, both of South Webster; a sister, Angela Tristan and husband Al of Dalzell, SC, two step-daughters, Becca Kittles and Robert Ware of Beaver, Rachel Caldwell and husband Christian of South Webster;two step-sisters, Andrea Casey and husband Jason of Coal Grove and Blair Knight of South Point; one grandchild, Lukas Caldwell. Also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Merit Smith officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM Monday and 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to the services on Tuesday.
