‘Portsmouth Police responded to some interesting calls on Tuesday. Included: a woman who tried to drive away sitting on the lap of a guy who was passed out behind the wheel.  There were also further developments about the man allegedly targeted by an out-of-town hit squad, and a report of a scantily-clad grandma not taking care of the kids. I’ve got the highlights of what happened. If you want the full story, consider becoming a VIP member of SCDN to check out the unfiltered report.  Click here to learn how it works.
