Just after 7:30 am, a woman reported a terrifying traffic incident on Milldale Road. She said a man in a black truck attempted to run her off the road because she was in the wrong lane.
The man then followed her to work and was now sitting in the parking lot. She managed to get the license plate number on the truck. Officers looked up the owner and said they would attempt to locate the truck while they were on patrol.
Columbia Gas employees working the road on Mabert Avenue said a man in a blue van almost hit one of them and then began to cuss them out. They thought the man might be intoxicated. Flaggers stopped the driver, but he took off before officers arrived. Police couldn’t find the guy.
Employees of the CVS on 11th Street contacted PPD after they said a woman was acting strangely and cussing at employees because she couldn’t get her meds. However, she left before officers arrived.
