Sharon Kay Stephens, 71, of Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born in Portsmouth on July 13, 1950, a daughter of the late Theodore and Garnet McAllister Moore. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Stephens on February 22, 2015, whom she married in Portsmouth. She was a homemaker for her family.
Sharon is survived by three sons; Robert Lee Stephens, Jr., of Portsmouth, Teddy R. (Jennifer) Stephens of Portsmouth, Christopher “Joey” Stephens of Portsmouth; two daughters, Carrie Ann Stephens of Portsmouth, Alisa Stephens of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren, Rachel and Cheyenne Collins, Angeleah and Kelsey Stephens, Kaylee, Taunya and Nick Smith and Angie Witzel. Sharon was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray Moore.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
